Our Mission

To equip, empower, and improve the lives of youth and young adults ages 16-30 by providing the tools and resources necessary to thrive independently and collectively within a healthy community.

Social Determinants of Health

Determinants of Health (SDH) are conditions in the environments where people are born, live, learn, work, play, and age that affect a wide range of health, functioning, and quality-of-life outcomes and risks. These factors are key contributors to health disparities and can significantly impact health equity.

Education, Income and Social Status, Employment and Working Conditions, Social Support Networks, ealthcare Access and Quality are some of the major social determinants of health.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a psychological theory developed by Abraham Maslow in the mid-20th century. It provides a framework for understanding human motivation and the factors that drive individuals to fulfill their potential. The hierarchy is often depicted as a pyramid with five levels, each representing a category of needs that must be satisfied in a sequential order.
